Habitat Spends first year or two of it's life in rivers, but then moves out to open lake or ocean habitats.  Returns to rivers to spawn.  Tends to spawn later than Chinooks.
Size Adult fish can exceed 20 lbs, but more often range between 10 to 15 lbs.
Record 33 lbs 4 oz
Angling Qualities A great fighting fish, prone to energetic screaming surface runs and airborne acrobatics.
