I have seen a net that has 2 Wooden poles and a net in the middle with little floating devices on top of i was wondering what it was called. I have seen them before cuz one person holds it and the other kicks the dirt rocks and what not ion teh water (mainly in small strams to catch live bait would any one know whats thats called?? I been trying to find one.

Its called a seine net. Cast nets are also very good for catching bait.
