Well heck I got alot! My most favorite is an OL' TRUSTY!!! "NIGHTCRAWLER" outa my front yard! Just spice it up with whatever and you can catch...WHATEVER!!!!

If I'm fishing for bottomfish....I make my own. But I would never eat the fish I catch with my own waste products.

Ahhh!!....The original black and silver floating RAPALA!! (my fave) Plastic worm in black or purple...I am old school. Jitterbug or pop'r in dark colors. Different lures for different times of the day!!

Last year i had a transition to a newer bait called Chatter bait it works as a deep bait and shallow kind of acts as a spinner but makes a lot of vibes...

The question is quite silly, how can anybody have a favorite bait, especially if you fish for multiple species? Obviously, the favorite bait would be whatever is working best that day, unless you prefer throwing something that isn't working....

Right now, my favorites are a rapala skitter-pop 5cm for pond bass in morning and evening, and a culprit grape worm (7") weedless the rest of the time.
Also, I've got a spinner bait that I modified... just find a fairly small bass (or crappie) spinner, and put the colorado blade off of a muskie bait on it :-D You can roll it reallllllllllly slow, and the bass eat it up when it's cold out.
