Trouble uploading tournament photos

Is anyone else having problem uploading tournament photos? My photos are taken in the JPEG format using a 10mp camera. For example, when I tried to submit my latest tournament photos, it accepted my angler with fish photo but wouldn't accept my fish with ruler photo. Both taken with the same camera only 5 or so minutes apart and no camera setting changes during that time. My girlfriend had the same problem during the previous tournament. We both had to email the photos and tourn form. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Fish on!

Just a couple of questions so we can deduce. Are you and your girlfriend using:
The same "10mp camera"?
The same computer?

Yes we are using the same computer and camera.

First try uploading the same pictures from another computer. It could be your OS or Web Browser/ version...
If that doesn't work try another camera next time.
FYI- As per BF rules- "If you experience any technical difficulty whatsoever. Please email your original images to info@bountyfishing.com along with the affidavit completed before the deadline.

Just in case anyone else has any trouble.
I disabled avast! and zonealarm and it worked like a charm.
