saltwater fisherpeople tourney
Hey everyone lets get something going either a redfish tourney or maybe a black drum tourney since its getting cooler,if we can get enough people intersted and agree on the payment/ prizes/time bounty may run with it so if intersted let em know.

Re: Re: Re: saltwater fisherpeople tourney
i think they should raise the entry fees and limit the amount of people to bring more interest back. say you missed the entry for one week you would try harder the next week to get in the game. when the interst in the saltwater species returns then bounty would have the opportunity to raise the limit of people and the payout would increase as the entries increase.
just my 2 cents!!!!!!!!!

It seems like there are some anglers over challenged by a slot tourney or maybe it's just to much work for them.I will only fish, slot tourneys, for redfish!!!!!

Re: Re: saltwater fisherpeople tourney
Give it up Rodney there has not even been any posts after your last thread on Saltwater, it seems to be dead here. We have to Pull out the Flats boats and go to the freshwater to play here. Without mass participation there is no money or sponsorship for the saltwater events, thats why it becomes self funded. It's a shame but there is allot of good salt fishing and the trout and reds are great tournament events. With the fish kill as bad as it was for snook the sea-trout and red-fish are still abundant I can't even fish for red-fish without smacking a 20+ trout on a top-water plug even in this crazy heat.
Anyway I'll fish a tournament as well as long as it is a slot or better yet 2 Slots for total inches, makes it more of a challenge for everyone.
