Pier fishing in Rockport Texas

I will be spending a week in October in Rockport and will be fishing a lot when there. Can anyone tell me what the fall fishing is like and good places to bank or pier fish?

Welcome to Bounty!"The Cove" (Cut) flowing into Redfish bay has produced for me;Rockport beach gives up numerous Specks,Estes Flats is Grand;Lotsa Seagrass.Note*Estes Flats(Redfish Bay)is a NO MOTOR ZONE...Fall is Prime time there for reds.....Specks and Flounder are good too.There are various lighted piers in town.Let me know how the trip goes and be safe...Good luck!
