I was out today for a few hours of fishing in the morning. It was up and down all morning with 3 foot chop. I fished alone as I usaully do and headed out 5 miles to my spot. After a few smaller fish my rod went off with a few good runs and jumps . a real nice rainbow (bounty record breaker). got her close to the boat tried to get my net ready. the fish went wild and jumped 3 ft in the air and then off!!!! my net got tangled on some gear. I was real mad !! I waypointed on GPS will be back!!!

Hey Greg....I was out with Dad and his buddy Sunday just before the new tourny started...they wanted fish so took them to the Blue Zone ....we smacked some small kings and then found a pod of bows that wouldn't stop biting!!! Don't really target the bows but found out they are lots of fun......just before we left Dad's rod smokes off and this bow tail dances all over the place...get her to the net and a nice long skinny 34.5 incher......he's not registered on bounty (even though it was free record breaking money) so not much I could do except revive the bad boy and let her swim for you guys!!! lol! That was ,my last trip but I think Pressman has taklked me into a trip tomorrow so I will buy a day pass just in case that boy wants my line again!!! Good luck maybe see ya out there dude.

Yeah east winds suck at Credit but at least it will be flat for the morning bite and hopefully not too foggy don't need to get smoke by a freighter in the blue zone (lol)....maybe I will get some beginners luck at the bows as have never ever really focussed on them as I am always chinny fishing but anything is better than catching a dead old boot at this time of year eh dude? Good luck on the week end will e-mail ya the results dude....for once you working while I am R and R-ing!!
