60 years. Chris Yates' record carp of 51lbs was over 40 years old. Modern commercial fishery freshwater carp are lucky to last a season as they are caught everyday.

From what I've heard they can live for 50 years. I don't know how they verified this.

According to a Field Guide to Freshwater Fish the maximum life span is disputed but may be a half century;the average carp seldom exceeds 15 years of age.
