Hi vis line for the wife?
Got a question for all you fisherpeople. My wife has bad eyes and we fish clear waters for smallies all the time. She cant cast 100% fluorocarbon so I need mono mixed with fluorocarbon. Basically need a high visibilty fishing line that is invisible to fish. What are my options. I prefer 8lbs test to 6lbs. The smallies are killer beasts up here. So high vis to her low vis to fish. HELP ME!!!! Please?

You can use any line you want just be sure to use a floro-carbon leader of 3 feet or so ...helps reduce shy fish in clear water. Maybe a braid line(10lbs test) in high vis. yellow with the floro-carbon leader should do the trick..goodluck

I have a hard time seeing my line unless I have my polorized on. Dark fishing is impossible for me. But I do use yellow and red line in clear water that seems to work fine ..especailly for those finicky river trout! I do catch SM with that Berkley it's braided 8llb Yellow..I love that stuff!! Th red I use is Shakespear Cajun 12llb mono! Like I said before about the Berkley yellow braid..it's so universal to all species and environment plus I can see it!
Just my 2 cents
