Exellent Reel service
I purchased a South-Bend reel on line. On my way to my van,carrying the trash,tackle bag and the reel in my right hand,I slipped on the stairs caught myself with my right arm,but the reel got slung to the apt.down stairs and nailed the concrete.It bent the shaft over.D$&^&&
So I emailed south-bend to see if I could buy a new shaft.They replied back the same day and told me to send it to them and the`ll replace it free, eventhough its my fault. Is that great service or what.

Thats good service...nothing worse than a bent shaft.

South-Bend sent me back a more expensive reel a Black2Beauty. Great service and made in the USA. You can`t ask for anything better.
