Cloudy Windy Day
Hitting the lily pads this evening not sure on how confident i am on the whole situation. Any suggestions? It appears that there is a high pressure front moving in does that effect the bight at all?

Re: Cloudy Windy Day
pressure and fish.my take is fish are constintantly surounded by pressure of the lake water around them.so when ice forms it creates pressure on the lake and the same with the air whenever their is extreme change which ever it is like temps and what you talk about it does usually slow the fish untill they acclimate to it..but it doesnt mean you cant get them they are usually into more still and slower tactics and really tight into structure/deepwater/weeds whatever the fishes preference depending on personalitly and species..and my tip is dark skies go with the bright colors(yellow to orange spectrum) and sunny days go with the flashy colors reflective like silver with other fav. color mixed in. gl hope this helped give some light on it and remember this is just a fellow fishermens theory...

fish on...

Hey thanks buddy didnt exactly hammer em but caught three in a couple hours. Caught two on a orange jig with a strike king rage craw trailor and caught a three pounder on a hard nose. Had to leave early cause of the weather but it was still a fun trip out!
