Let's clear this up. No, carp are NOT included in this week's tournament.

The only species that are eligible are the species listed on our tournament schedule page for any particular tournament.

In the past, categories included multiple competing species so were named accordingly. We may in the future again offer tournaments that include catfish and carp together. This information will always be reflected on the TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE page.

So please always refer to the tournament schedule to find out what species are eligible for a tournament.

We apologize if this has created any confusion and appreciate the feedback. We will do our utmost to clarify this in the future.

Remember, our tournament schedule will always give you an accurate eligible species list for any given tournament.
