brown trout eggs
why do so many anglers talk about brown trout spawn as if its gold...
and is using them so much better then stealhead eggs??

their golden color, clarity, optimum size, and ease to work with, as well as their omnipresence for weeks in the streams that host spawning runs of chinooks, lakers, and steelhead make them a bait of choice for all species. when downtown, go brown......

in the rivers i fish getting a brown with eggs ready in her before the season ends is tuff...
but i recently found a nice lake that in the fall i should be fine gettin a couple nice hens..
and all though ive never used brown eggs....im very excited about trying them....expecially with some post salmon run stealhead action.....
