After reading this story, I believe there is no reason for this gentleman NOT to deserve the record and the money. Technicalities are simply ways for Mustad and the IGFA to avoid giving this man what he should have gotten. He caught the fish according to the rules they set up. It is time to cut out all the B.S. and reward him with the record and pony up with the money.
