1 Day tourneys.

Hey Richard and all other bounty members what would you all think of a one day tourney? Starts and midnight and ends at midnight. And maybee even up the buy in to twenty or thirty$. Just and idea.

sounds great untill logistics are thought of..what day would it be???not everyone has the same days off..or alll the extra verifications(time) ...which in turn will mean the amount of entiries would be smaller..smaller field ,smaller prize pool for one.. the way it is gives everyone a chance to get to compete regardless of what days off they get and creates a bigger competitive field so as many would say if it aint broke dont fix it...but if a day tourny fell on a day I can fish... for sure ya I would be in...good idea but I dont think it is very feasable..I like the idea and will wish for it to happen..

I like it allot, maybe do a 2 days vs 1 incase one can't fish one of the days.

I know what you are saying about some not being able to make it and that would suck but you have to look at who could make it and who would want to. Some people cant make some of the weekly tourneys niether but thats just there luck lol jk but who is to say we cant do more than one for those people who would like to enter it but were not able to the time before. Although that could be an excuse for many of us out there to take a day off work or whatever we have going on that we do not like attending lol. Although i do hear your reasoning for picking a good day for everyone but we can always try it and see what happens.

I'm game! Weekends would probably be best for most. Also I noticed on LM South the competition is pretty tough and even tougher when they have all week to catch the biggy. Might even the score a bit with a 1 dayer.

You are so right MA, and in anyways the tournament almost always changes the last day and last few hours.

What about putting Big Bass states like NC, Texas, Florida, California and maybe even Georgia, in a bracket together. I mean we've got good bass but Kentucky wont ever be able to compete with them. Or maybe do it by state? Probably left somebody out of the big bass field please dont get offended, lol.

I don't see why not, I have a very good friend and he guides on Dale Hollow Lake and fish the Green River and Herrington and send me pictures of many 7-9lb fish .
I actually thought you have some nice size there.
Let me know where you live and i may get you some good info on better lakes around you.

yeah ive fished tournaments in taylorsville, herrington is the dead sea, dale hollow is a great lake just to far to fish regularly, and caught fish in that range, we've got em here just not in the numbers of somewhere with a longer growing season.

With respect to a one day tournament anything is possible. Bounty is currently focused on giving as many people as possible the opportunity to compete in fishing tournaments for cash prizes. At this stage a one day tournament would be counterproductive.
Please continue to post your ideas/feedback… Here at Bounty nothing falls on deaf ears.

A- We recently created a third region for LMB called “Largemouth Bass Central”. It is scheduled to debut shortly after this summer. This should open up a lot of opportunity for those states currently in the South that feel they can’t compete”.
