You are 7 times more likely to become President of the United States than you are to catch a world record bass. . . good luck! www.manvsbass.com

As some of you may know I recently went through a series of unfortunate events in my life. From losing an expensive rod and reel combo to losing a couple hundred dollars. I thought 2009 was going to be the worst year of my life. Luckily I'm a member of Bounty Fishing and there are people on here who have lifted my spirits and changed my outlook on the year. After posting a couple stories about my unfortunate events on Bounty I received a true outpouring of empathy along with a few acts of charity. So to all those who posted messages on my page, stories or sent me messages I want to thank you personally. Each one of you gave me something I needed, lifted me up and changed my outlook on life. I'm usually a very optimistic person but after so many bad things happened I was really getting down, thank you all so very much your comments did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. After I received a donation from Rodney I purchased a new reel and after patiently waiting Richard and Bounty hooked me up big time with a brand new AiRRUS Rod. And just before that the person who stole $210 from me returned it, after I filed an FBI and BBB claim, but hey I'll take it. Now I've got an amazing rod and reel combo thanks to Bounty and the Bounty Community, I got some money back and since I've been unemployed for so long I've decided to open my own business. I have several years of construction experience along with my brother-in-law we are going to start doing concrete countertops, outdoor kitchens and soon concrete fireplaces. We've decided we will never make enough working for someone else. I guess I had to go through some hard times to realize what is important and see the good times ahead. I will be posting pictures soon of the new rod and reel along with some largemouth, I hope. In closing I want to sincerely and humbly thank everyone who gave me hope, I am so excited not only about my new fishing equipment but about the future. Thank you so much Richard, Rodney, Bounty Fishing and the Bounty Fishing Community you all have inspired me to do great things. Now get out and get on the water and remember if it looks good. . . Fish It!

Sincerely, Dan (Fish'dit)
