Fishing since 4ever. Started guiding 20 years ago, full time past 6. Fished on my wedding day, before getting married! Can't let a perfectly good fishing day get away! Love to fish for all kinds of fish, but prefer smallies & steelhead. Love big heavies!

Have you ever wanted to take that perfect fishing trip far, far away but couldn’t afford it? While some people take several trips each year and never worry about the cost, most of us scrimp & save and shop around just to find the least expensive guides & lodgings. As a full time fishing guide I have had the pleasure of meeting folks from all over the world and fishing with them has been a great experience. Four years ago I fished with a couple of Japanese guys from Tokyo, Japan and they caught bass, hand over fist! This past week I fished with one of them again and to cut his costs accommodated him in my home. The motel expenses for one person were too high and I wanted to help him out any way I could. I also informed him about “Bounty Fishing” and their ongoing, weekly tournaments and he signed right up. He wasted no time and registered a smallmouth bass of 21 inches the second day out. It was one of several hundred bass that he was to catch that week! He also managed to land a 45-inch Musky that he had only seen pictures of before and was in awe when he saw its mass. To say this was a great trip for him would have been an understatement! At the end of the five days, he had wished it was ten and was disappointed to have to go home. As luck would have it, he also finished first in the smallmouth bass category, reducing costs even more! Hats off to “Bounty” for making his trip even more memorable! I know that when he gets home, everyone will know about how incredible and inexpensive this “Trip of a Lifetime” became. “Bounty Fishing” will also be known, halfway around the world in the “Land of The Rising Sun”!
