 I always believed fishing was on the honor system. You or your buddy go out and catch a 50 pounder one weekend and really the truth is it was maybe 5 pounds but it got away and fought for hours. You read the booklet that is given to you or pick up when you renew your license. Here in Ontario the book says alot of neat little things and some referrences along with some good info. Bathroom reading as you may say. Now I'm not prejudice or anything like that but I'm wondering how one nationality can get away with something and the other cannot. Goby are bad. Yes we all know this. They kill off the other fish and invade spawning territories and such. Bass eat them and I think Wally now and along with pike are starting to. Yesterday the game warden was out on the river and I love them to death ( LMAO ) but I fish from a boat and I watch as a family of other nationality have fished in the same spot almost everyday for a year now sit there He comes to me checks my license and is off. He beaches his boat and checks them out. He opens there live bait pail that I know is full of goby and puts the lid on and smiles and walks away. If this were I I would lost everything. I know a few guys around here that lost alot because of goby use for fishing yet these people just get off.. Getting a little frustrated with these actions.
