I used to fish a lot as a kid. I would walk or bike with my friends whenever I could to go fishing. Over the years we grew apart and the fishing became further and further in apart. The group of friends that I have now all like fishing and I really started getting into it again last fall. We would walk down to the whirlpool in Niagara Falls a couple of times a week. This spring we started trying some spots along the Niagara river that I remembered fishing as a kid. Well I'm happy to say I'm having the best fishing year of my life! I caught my first pike(s), muskie and a lot of bass, catfish and perch.also carp and sheephead(what can I say, I'm a junkie when it comes to fighting any fish to shore!) So I'm glad I started fishing again and I don't think I'll ever stop now!
