go2hell2004 (CA)

 just got back from some early fishin, started a little before 5am and got back around 8am, spent the first 2 hours throwin worms out and only caught 2 silver bass (1 of witch was pretty good size) then after a while of no biting i decided id throw a spinner on my line and fish the rock beds for largemouth, after about 20 casts was about ready to pack it in, decided to throw it out once more and i hardly startin reelin the spinner in and the muskie hit it, ive never caught a muskie before, this would have been my first one and wow the fight is so much different than the largemouth i usually go for, what a rush, anyway where i was fishin theres like a fence so when u get a fish u gotta pull it outta the water and then over this big fence so i got the muskie out, grabbed the line to pull it over the fence and SNAP, finally got my first muskie and she snapped my line, threw my rod, cried a bit, smoked a smoke and went home upset lol ive tried for muskie over the years, ive always wanted to catch one and never any luck so i had just givin up on them and decided to stick to largemouth so i was completly shocked when i saw this thing surface, she was kinda small, probly not even 24 inches but id have still loved to get a pic of my first muskie....... time to invest in a net i guess lol
