I'm a native Floridian and I grew up fishing the St. John's River.I live in Bradenton Fl. now and I have been building saltwater boats for a living. Saltwater fishing has become my second addiction.

Fishing with Capt. Greg Hall on the Ankle Deep Machine in South Tampa Bay just keeps getting better.Unbelievable trout fishing this year and redfish and snook are keeping a close second.Several solid speckle trout this year over 20 inches and a muptilable of redfish between 25 to 30.It's incredible to see these kind of rebounds after a davasating redtide 2 years ago. Gillnetting restrictions , I believe, is the real reason for these rebounds. We have always had red-tide.He does not charter but he is overqualified. I'm glad he is one of my fishing buddies.Pictured today is a nice trout over 23 plus inches caught today after work and we had 3 that went twenty inches. All caught on artificall. What a way to end the work day.Every trip has been a winner. Please check out his Saltwater webb site Ankle Deep .com.
