My name is Shane, I live in Long Island New York. I love Largemouth Bass fishing, I go as much as I can. My favorite lure is the worm, and on some days a top water frog or the swim shad. I love to go fishing on my boat and with my friends.

If you are looking for a great worm, try the Bass Pro Shops squrmin ringed worm 7 inch. This worm is amazing for Largemouth Bass! The rings on the worm creat bubbles so the fish think it is live prey, and hold on longer. This is a prrfect lure all year round. 75% of the big bass I have caught these worms. You rig it texas style with a bullet head weight, not that heavy and roll it in some shad or crawdad sent. this is the perfect set up for lunker Largemouth. I fish my worm as slow as I can, bouncing it up off the bottom from 1-10 feet of water. In dark water use black/blue tail, and in clear water use water melon/chartruse tail, some times red. If you are trying to catch lunker bass all over the world use Bass Pro Shops squrmin ringed worm!!!

I agree with Steve also. The bigger the bait, the bigger the fish, most of the time. I prefer watermelon ;)

Welcome Aboard! I have to agree with Steve on the 12 inch Bass Pro worms. If you're lucky, you'll win a Bass Pro Shop gift certificate and can do a little shopping for some extra equipment.
