Currently live in Muskoka and work at a sawmill. I am a freelance outdoor writer and a former taxidermist and ice hut operator.
Favorite species
No question, largemouth with muskie coming in a distant second.
Most Memorable Fish
Landed a king salmon off shore during the Toronto Star salmon hunt. I believe it is still the largest landed from shore during the derby at just over 37 lbs.
Dream Fishing Trip
Probably to the Yukon, or somewhere for Peacock Bass.
Best excuse you ever told someone to go fishing
My wife may read this, have to take the fifth on that one.
