Caught these on minnows using drop shot rigs in 25-40 feet in St Lawrence River / Lake St Francis.

Wish we had them that big here, too many people killing the big ones and takes them a long time to get that big.

The big one measured 21 inches and weighed in at 4.75 lbs on my handheld scale.
