So we know we’re three weeks removed from the 2009 Bassmaster Classic but we still can’t get over the excitement of the tournament, and the fact that there were reportedly over 100,000 spectators in attendance! They were treated to Mike Iaconelli’s 12 lb 13 oz Bass – the biggest he’s ever weighed in. Mike followed up his haul by immediately throwing up over the side of the boat. Good times! During the weigh-in, Iaconelli recounted the moment thusly: "That's what fishing is all about: puking."
Up here in the northeast, things are rolling along pretty smoothly considering the total economic collapse and all... Fortunately, we still have homes, jobs and boats (ok... friends with boats) and we’re starting up a glorious new fishing season. We can still afford to be positive, right? And so can you, dear members of BountyNation, because we’ve got a whole whack of tournaments scheduled through March and April, including 2 weeks of free tourneys!
