hey when you caught that big one it must've gave you a fight the walleye im talkin about thats a fairly nice size what did you use and how much off the bottom did you catch that one about a foot off the bottom or something please help me out with a little info im just learning to ice fish all im using is jig heads just one and a minnow attached to it and about a foot off the bottom and i jigg it some times but not too much sometimes it works any ideas or hooks to get or bait please help and thanks if you do theirs a tournament up here on the 22nd first place is 6000 2nd4000 3rd2000 4th1000 thats why im asking could win some money and learn something same time okay thanks for your help

Good ole faithful Northlands Whistler jig. Sorry Ken, Aaron really scared me lastnight ;) Well you guys might skate through the crappies, unless I happen to get sick and can't go to work. Come to think of it might throat does hurt a little ;)

Wow I can breathe again,lol. We measured it a hair over 33, but I will take it,lol. It was hard to get the measurement with all the adrenaline flowing.
