  • About Yourself
    I am 14 years old and fishing is an obsession to me, its that simple. my family owns a lake house on Middle Bass Island of Lake Erie so that is where i do most of my fishing for walleye, smallmouth, largemouth (rarely), yellow perch, white bass, and rock bass. but i do go around with my friend and we go to local ponds and lakes mostly for large sunfish and bass under 4lbs. my dad and i go fishing at lakes too. i go big largemouth bass fishing at my grandpas pond my biggest there was 8 lbs. my other friend and i go fishing at his pond for 6lb+ bass, 2lb+ bluegill, 10lb+ channel cats, and there is one estimated 40 lb carp in there but no one has dared to catch it.

    My favorite species is between largemouth and walleye
  • Most Memorable Fish
    my most memorable fish is either the 8 lb bass at my grandpa's pond or the 5lb walleye at Lake Erie
  • Dream Fishing Trip
    my dream fishing trip would be any lake in Canada for monster northern pike or trolling for blue marlin outside Cabo San Lucas

My trip to lake erie got cancelled because it was too windy.

yea buddy how r ya when it comes to hooks just take a size 2 swimbait hook and rig it as you would a swimbait if you need weight put on the line before the hook works great

im new to using live shiners for bait, does anyone have any suggestions for hooks? the shiners are 2-4 inches , thanks
