Nothing particular. Just plain clear nitro or acryllic lacquer for wood, or polyurethane (A+B) for parquette (You can use the rests as well). For sealing, the best is 2 part epoxy resin, but it is little more expencive. Just avoid lacquers on oil or synthetic basis, because they are not so hard and durable like others. U can make your own lacquer for lures as well, the best combination (ground layer) is to dissolve some celluloide in some acetone (only do it away from the nose) and you have the best primer for wooden lures.
