  • About Yourself
    My name is Richard Goebel I live In Johnstown NY, which is in upstate NY. The Adirondack mountains is basically my backyard, I am a avid fisherman and hunter. I am 23 years old an have in the last couple years gotten into bass fishing tournaments.
  • Favorite species
    My fav is bass because they are a common fish species, fight hard, and are a challenge to catch. I also like them because of where I live we have very diverse bass habitats. We have muddy rivers deep clear resivoirs and shallow weed choked lakes. So you can use many tactics to catch fish
  • Most Memorable Fish
    My most memorable fish is a 7lb 3oz largemouth that i caught may of 2007, it is my biggest largemouth to date. (In NY a 7lb bass is like catching a 10lb bass down south)
  • Dream Fishing Trip
    I would like to go to El Salto Mexico and fish for the giant bass that live there.
  • Best excuse you ever told someone to go fishing
    I cant make it to work today the bass are still biteing to good. (From cell phone out on lake)
