I am a senior at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. You name it... I fish for it. Everything from trout to salmon to walleye, burbot,just about any freshwater species you can catch in the Northeastern freshwaters.

    My most memorable fish was from the august of 07, and actually is the fish pictured as my profile pic...

    I caught it on a "laser spook" back off the boat 155 feet behind a #1 dipsey set on 2... we had been trolling for a while without any luck and then this monster struck... we use rubber bands to hold our clips on the planer board line and some of the smaller fish will actually have trouble breaking them!... he didnt!... he snapped that piece or rubber so fast it shook the planner board mast and soon within a matter of 15 seconds had me down to the backing and 420 feet from my goal!.. it took over 30 minutes to wrestle him in... but i assure you a little red wine, sugar glaze, and apple chip smoke made this old hoss taste mighty good!
  • Dream Fishing Trip
    My dream fishing trip would be to head south and do some tarpon fishing.. I have always heard they are one of the best fighting fish on the planet and would really like to experience it first hand someday...
