reel, sorry I haven't been on in a while! If you go to the I.G.F.A. web site the info on how to have it put into the books is on that site I think it is called the 25lb record club.After you get it in to the books they will send you a copy of it and also send you a certificate of record showing you are in the I.G.F.A. record book... I hope this helps!!! STAY SAFE AND HAVE TIGHT LINES!!! :>) JOE

Joe77, don't I have to have an official scale? Based on my calculations, the snook was 25.5 lbs based on length and girth. I could barely pick it up!!
