Yeah I think it is...The bowfin I normaly catch are 2 to 3 lbs and I only catch a few a year,so this one is a giant to me especially up north...He chased the buzzbait 25 ft before he hit it..It was the coolest strike I've every scene!!

wow you have big fish down there your catching what i dream of ,,im not all catfish its just all are pound here offers catfish in the summer and trout in the winter. there state parks around 6o to a 100 miles from that i got into pike and bass and crappie/
