caught in buffalo on erie out of small boat harbour, oops, entered it out of ontario by mistake

Hey Taro it says on your small mouth entry it was caught in Ontario??? I didnt think anything was open is it a mistake or is there something I overlooked in the MNR BOOK! Mike :)
