  • About Yourself
Love to fish - Work with a security firm as their operations manager - time is very limited, so when I get free time I love to go with the wife to our fishing spots and catch the big ones. Some times in the summer we go up to the cabin and hang out for a week and then try to fill our frezzer with fish for the winter. Almost always we get our winter keep.
  • Favorite species
    Large Mo. Bass and women
  • Most Memorable Fish
23 in. Large Mo. Bass Caught At A Lake in Ceader Springs MI when I was 16 off a old dock. My grandfather was with me showing me how to rig up a proper hook and bait. When I hooked it he thought I had a dog fish, when I got it in, he was cheering and I didn't know why. It then turned out to be a Lake record for some time until it was broke in 85 with a 25.5 in but the memory of that day will always be the day me and my grandpa bonded.
  • Dream Fishing Trip
any good fishing day on a nice lake is all I need for a dream, and of course the three naked blondes holding my rod. did I say that out loud, sorry my wife holding my beer. lol
  • Best excuse you ever told someone to go fishing
Told my wife once that with all the clouds in the sky it should be a good day to fish, she stated she wanted some work done around the house, I told her if I don't go fishing with the cloud cover the fish are going to go into hybirnation and I won't get any fish. She bought it. So I thought when I got home the mower and the leaf bags were in the front yard with a sign on the mower. It read - The clouds were out and if you don't cut the grass now the grass will go into hybirnation - lol

Looks like u had a great time at the cabin. I was actually just up in the boundary waters in Minnesota and also had no internet access and caught a 22 inch smallmouth that would have placed in first. Now I'm back in Illinois with plenty of internet access and no fish :(

I hear ya, its hard to compete with these guys that get out there every day. I work construction and I am lucky to get out once a week and then it usually pours rain on my day off.
