I am a Wisconsin native and I live for fishing. If it didn't cost money I wouldn't most likely have a job. I love fishing for pike, small mouth bass, and big crappies. Its hard to beat northwest Wisconsin's lakes.

Nice catch. My mom caught one the other day 26" 8lb. It was a fat little sucker.

we call em dog fish where i am from and we dont like them either, we shoot alot of them with are bows..

I catch them all the time, my biggest one was 6 pounds, 9ozs, on the Saint Johns river. we call them mud fish or bowfin here, and they are not liked because they compete and love to eat bass.
