BountyFishing Tell-a-Friend Program Rules

Under the BountyFishing "Tell-a-Friend" Program ("Program"), you can introduce your friends, family and colleagues ("Friends") to BountyFishing and its services and earn certain rewards for your efforts subject to the following Program rules, terms and conditions ("Program Rules") . By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Program Rules.

1. Eligibility. To participate in the Program, you must be 18 years or older and a BountyFishing.com subscriber with an account in good standing.
2. Persons Who May Be Referred. You may only refer individuals with whom you have a personal or business relationship and whom you believe would be interested in the Program. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you may not submit for referral (i) group email addresses, (ii) email mailing lists, (iii) yourself, or (iv) current or former BountyFishing subscribers.
3. Referrals. You may refer as many Friends as you would like. You may refer each Friend only once. You may only use one email address to participate in the Program.
4. Emails to Referred Friends. BountyFishing will, if BountyFishing determines in its sole discretion that you have complied with these Program Rules, send on your behalf an email to each Friend that you refer prior to the Program Termination Date. BountyFishing will determine, in its sole discretion, the contents of the email.
5. Rewards for Successful Referrals. Bountyfishing will award the one (1) member each month, who refers the most number of friends, with a gift card to Bass Pro Shops® (“Reward”). The monthly winner of the Program will receive a gift card valued at one hundred (100) dollars . Receipt of this reward is contingent upon such Friend becoming a registered BountyFishing member. In the interest of protecting the privacy of our members, we may notify you when you have successfully referred a Friend through the Program and you have received any corresponding reward, but we will not disclose which Friend has been successfully referred or any other personal information regarding such Friend.
6. Term of Program. BountyFishing may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Program at any time by posting a termination notice on the BountyFishing Site. The Program will terminate on the date specified in such notice (the "Termination Date").
7. Remedies for Your Noncompliance. If BountyFishing determines in its sole discretion that you have not complied with these Program Rules, it may immediately and without notice to you, disqualify you from further participation in the Program (including, without limitation, declining to award or you the Reward and/or by declining to send or stopping from being sent, any emails in connection with the Program).
8. Your Consent to Use Your Data in Emails. You hereby grant your consent for BountyFishing to use your name and email address for the purposes of sending an email to your Friends in connection with the Program. You agree not to provide or use any false email addresses, mailing addresses, or names for this Program.
9. Your Representations and Warranties to Us. You represent and warrant to BountyFishing that you have an existing business or personal relationship with each Friend and that it is your genuine opinion that each Friend would wish to receive the email from BountyFishing. By providing us with the names and email addresses of your Friends, you are affirmatively requesting and authorizing BountyFishing to send them an email, as outlined herein, on your behalf.
10. Promotion Rules. Each Reward issued under the Program is subject to the specific Program terms and conditions
11. Limitation of Liability for Sponsor. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER BOUNTYFISHING NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROGRAM. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION OR THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM OR WHETHER OR NOT BOUNTYFISHING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12. Entire Agreement. These Program Rules represent the entire agreement between you and BountyFishing with respect to the Program.
13. Variation of the Program Rules. These Program Rules may be amended or modified by BountyFishing in its sole discretion at any time. Any such amendments will be posted to this page and will apply to any transactions and events that occur after the effective date thereof. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time for such amendments.
14. Personal Information. Sponsor may use third party service providers for any or all parts of administering the Program. These third parties may use your personal information and the personal information of your Friends to administer the Program. BountyFishing and third parties may use aggregated data (data that can not be used to personally identify a user including name and email address) for any purpose.
15. Severance. If any provision of these Program Rules is held to be invalid, such invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions. The Program will be void and of no effect where prohibited by applicable law.
